Please call us for any special shipping requests.
Returns and exchanges Unused, new condition Sidekicks with the original tags still attached may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). Please include a copy of your receipt and make note of the reason for your return.
Damaged items Please contact us right away if your Sidekick is damaged when it arrives. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a quick replacement Sidekick at no additional charge.
Cleaning your Sidekick The Sidekick is made with water- and stain-resistant fabric that can usually be easily wiped clean with a cloth that’s been dampened with water. If plain water doesn’t work, try adding a bit of diluted gentle detergent and blot the area. The lining of the Sidekick’s pockets and compartments can be pulled out for easy cleaning – especially handy for removing crumbs! Do not immerse your Sidekick in water, or machine wash/dry it.

Becoming a Kemby wholesaler We welcome new Kemby accounts! If you are a retailer and interested in becoming a Kemby wholesaler, please take a moment to fill out an online wholesaler account application, give us a call, or send us an email to set up an account. We will promptly respond with your new account log-in information so that you can place your order online, by fax, or by calling us. We have a minimum order of 3 bags, and we accept payment with any major credit card, company check, or money order.
Privacy At Kemby, respecting the privacy and security of your personal information is important to us. We will not share or sell your personal information with other nonaffiliated third parties. When you order from Kemby we ask for information about you so we can provide you with the products and services you requested and from time to time let you know about a new Kemby product that we think you will enjoy. You may request to opt out at any time if you no longer wish to receive communications from us. Otherwise your personal information is kept private and secure. |
